Think of us a central hub for strategic, local ministry.

  • We help to shine a light on the deepest spiritual and physical needs that exist.

  • We help to shine a light on trustworthy and effective on ramps for ministry.

  • We work to connect Christians and churches in strategic, effective, ministry efforts.

  • We build relational bridges with other community leaders and organizations.

We’re engaging Christians in effectively addressing deep needs.

In April of this year, we saw 17 churches mobilize 600 volunteers to serve at 36 different locations across Spartanburg. Christians were exposed to some of the deepest needs that exist in our community. They crossed socio-economic, cultural, and racial divides in a strategic and intentional way to better love their neighbors. In the process, their awareness grew of both needs and community efforts to address needs. Most were provided with ways they could stay connected and support front line ministry efforts to impact the lives of others.

Serve the ‘Burg Together ‘25 is being planned for March of 2025!

We’re building relational bridges among community leaders.

Throughout the year, we focus on building relationships among difference-makers in our community. Pastors gather 8 times a year to pray, pursue greater unity, learn more about Spartanburg, and plan how we can address the deep spiritual and physical needs in our area together. We celebrate, support, and learn from non-profit ministry leaders who are on the front lines. We also seek to ensure that the “Church” comes to the table when the community at large is seeking paths to community transformation. We do all this for the glory of God and the good of Spartanburg.

We’re seeking to foster greater unity among the Church in Spartanburg.

One of our early Come Closer Gatherings of local churches who were serving our city together

We organize worship and vision gatherings that allow churches to worship, pray, and catch a vision for how we might impact our community together. As God’s people, we’re better together. These gatherings give us a fresh taste of unity and the shared love we have for the Lord, for one another, and for our neighbors.

The next Gathering is tentatively being planned for February of 2025!
